All twenty shared foundation specs are written. Today turns to whether October 1 is actually accounted for, and the answer read off origin/main this morning is no, in two places. Both are yours to place on the timeline today. Everything else on this page is small by comparison.
Yash's tracker is merged and now sits on main at docs/oct-1-roadmap/tracker/. It has grown to 108 work units, not the 100 on record: 78 todo, 19 done, 8 in progress, 3 dropped. Last synced yesterday.
Gap one, the hub.PIPE-VP03 Prepare production for install day is execution: prepare the seventeen actual hubs and all the devices. It is not a method. Nothing in the 108 units defines how a hub gets from a sealed box to a suite reporting events, and VP-03 carries that gap silently inside its own description, which admits preparation today is a script plus a manual per-device SSH runbook “proven exactly once, on one hub, in a house”. VP-03 is also absent from the tracker's own twenty-item critical path, and it is hard-blocked by VP-02 on Sep 9 because hub-to-suite binding happens on the bench.
Gap two, the vendor devices. All 108 units searched. Zero hits for emfit. Zero for bodytrace. Zero for weight scale. Meanwhile V-15 sleep and V-19 weight trends are committed unconditionally for all seventeen suites, and V-04 makes the seven Awareness Modules the contractual unit of delivery. The cloud plumbing exists in four ADRs and the installer app's pairing screens. What does not exist is any unit that points thirty-four new physical devices at production and registers them to seventeen suites, and no owner holds it.
Gap three, and this one has a three-day fuse. Kasten's new fact: the participation consent and the organizational access consent become one form. The resident signs participation for LiLo and ticks a box for the organization, or does not. Five units are written around two separate instruments: PIPE-VP19 issues two Consent Requests, PIPE-VP20 has them “signed independently”, PIPE-VP21 records paper consent one per instrument, OPS-CONSENT-PUBLISH publishes two Form Versions, and your own OPS-CONSENT-TEXTS brief names two instruments. VP-19 and VP-20 are both on the critical path, and Yash builds VP-19 on Sep 11.
All three gaps are one failure mode: the timeline and what October 1 actually requires do not match. Two of them are things the timeline never had. The third is something it has, that just stopped being true.
Supply 435, priced demand 284. Active is not the constraint today. The hub chain is, and it is serial: unbox and audit, then the Hub Bring-Up spec off the back of it. Every minute the box stays sealed moves both. The Hub Bring-Up spec is the residual lane and takes whatever is left, which is now 151 rather than 226.
Nothing was kicked before the gym. Eight o'clock to twenty past ten generated nothing, so the day starts cold and the kicks are the first act rather than the second.
Five tabs before you sit down, then the hub. The hub is the head of the only serial chain on the page, so it goes first among the things you actually touch. An extra tab costs nothing; a wave you did not kick costs an hour you cannot get back.
The audit is step one inside a work unit, not a deliverable of its own. Same rule as the shared foundations: a pipe work unit begins by building whatever foundation it needs. Today is not work-unit-file authoring. It is running the intake and putting the units on the timeline as placeholders.

The whole point of the day lands in this block: the timeline either accounts for October 1 or it does not, three units go onto it that are not there today, and five that are there stop being true.
PIPE-VP03 does not change. It stays Sep 18 and it stays execution: seventeen hubs and all the devices, prepared. What goes above it is the method it silently assumes. Splitting them is the whole October 1 test, because a method that lives inside VP-03 is a Vineyards artifact and the next building re-derives it.
The consent reconciliation has to reach Yash before Sep 11. That is three days, and VP-19 is his build. If it does not reach him he builds two-request issuance against a spec that stopped being true today, on the critical path, and it gets found in the testing week instead. This is the one thing on the page with a deadline outside today.

The drive was 37 minutes yesterday, not the 60 in the travel file. If it runs short again this block starts earlier than the page says, so kick before you leave rather than at 4:30 sharp.

Unpriced on purpose. Whatever the reconciliation and the audit left open takes this block, and the Hub Bring-Up spec takes the rest of it.
Yesterday this block was sized 55 of 55 and ran 132 minutes carrying six lanes. It is deliberately unpriced today. The failure mode is not running out of it, it is reaching 6:45 with two merges in and the day feeling finished.

This is the loudest thing on the page, because it is the one thing yesterday missed. It had a real 45 minutes and a hard 6:45 start, and the day ended at 6:20 without it. It was first in the demand table and last in the block order, and block order is what a day actually follows. Today starts unplanned because of it.
Wednesday is the last clean day before Thursday takes the middle out. The haircut is booked Thursday 10 September at 11:15, two hours door to door, and it clears the beard trim in the same trip. Mom and stepdad land Thursday 10pm and leave Sunday 10:50pm. Those three days are visit days that contain some work, not work days that contain some visiting, and Friday is the only one of them that is a working day on the timeline. Two things still have no answer: the airport runs both ways, and how many active minutes Friday, Saturday and Sunday each get.
Commitments
Eight of twelve yesterday. The four that broke were Meal 2 unconfirmed, Meal 4 replaced by a Popeyes combo at night, vitamins unrecorded, and tomorrow's plan missed outright. Three of those four are downstream of stopping at 6:20, which is why 6:45 is a start time on this page and not a finish line.

The Hub Bring-Up spec. The residual, so it carries rather than gets cut. Whatever is open at 6:45 is tomorrow's first item.
The daily summary past-days plan. Investigation with no deadline attached to it. It is the only lane today that nothing else is waiting on.
Emfit and BodyTrace, the drafted vendor asks. Keep the finding and keep the placeholder on the timeline. The two emails can move to tomorrow; the fact that thirty-four devices are unowned cannot.
Nothing else is on the list. The nav bar and the approval HTML are five minutes each and somebody is waiting on both, so they go early rather than sitting at the bottom for a fifth day. The consent reconciliation is not on the list at any position, because its deadline is Thursday and it sits on the critical path.
